WOA Projects
WOA Projects

Wheels Of Action uses a holistic approach to eradicating poverty and our anti-poverty projects aim to create sustainable change in developing communities throughout the world.

How?

1. WOA travels to communities to gain a deeper insight into their needs, and create actual partnerships and lasting bonds.

2. WOA then recruits volunteers who are able to contribute their skills and expertise to specific project demands that cannot be fulfilled at the local level.

These volunteers are generally university students who desire to gain practical experience by contributing to concrete projects with a humanitarian focus.  By connecting these students to communities in need and encouraging cross-cultural exchanges, mutually beneficial relationships result.

In this way Wheels Of Action is able to take specific local problems within a given community and facilitate an intercultural exchange of ideas in an effort to find a solution.

Because Wheels Of Action is working with a combination of university students and experienced professionals, the energy and creative potential is almost limitless.  Young people who desire to gain practical insight into their studies by volunteering for projects with a humanitarian focus are then able  to proactively use what their learning in their classes and apply them to real-life cases.
